The story of “White Dolphin” started in early 80’s when Mehmet build his home up on the hill, overlooking the lagoon and “Oludeniz” beach.
As tourism boomed in the region, the home of the old sailor, fisherman and diver had to be open for public as a sea-food restaurant.
The early admirers of Mehmet’s sea-food had either hiked their way up the hill-top restaurant on a goat-track or anchored their yachts in the bay in front.
 

Times changed, the region filled up with hotels and roads, holiday clubs were build. The things that didn’t change was the quality of Mehmet’s sea-food, as every year past it got more famous. He now serves locals, politicians, world leaders, celebrities and you.
